Mission, Vision, and Values

Who are we?
We have decided to get involved in the tourism business, after having accumulated traveling experience in North Africa, Asia and Central America. Now, we are motivated by the desire to communicate to our clients those travel experiences. We also believe strongly in the protection of the environment, the sustainable development of the community and the respect of the cultural values of the Nicaraguan society.

Casa Oro joins the efforts of the department of health in their mosquito extermination campaigns and other vaccination campaigns by providing its vehicles and manpower during the activities.

Our Staff
Most of our staff are from right here in San Juan del Sur. They are proud of the beauty and hospitality of San Juan del Sur and Nicaragua and are eager to share that with travelers. Many of our employees have been with us for a long time, gaining marketable skills, learning English and increasing their self-confidence. We are glad to have such a wonderful staff.

For Casa Oro to offer an excellent service to our local and foreign clients at the best value for their money by offering a great variety of products and services proper to the Nicaraguan territory and using strategies that contribute to maximize clients’ loyalty, towards our company, the community and the country.

Also we want to be an example of social implication, contributing to the improvement of the quality of life and sustainable development of the community.
