Casa Oro policy is based on “First Come, First Served.” Only reservations exceeding $36.00 USD will be considered and a 5% reservation fee is added.

PAYMENT : first you must get from us a confirmation of the availability and total price then you CLICK HERE TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL OR WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD…

- Your reservation is SECURED only when FULL PAYMENT has been received.

- REFUND POLICY :
We provide a 75% refund for cancellations received more than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations for any reason whatsoever within 2 weeks of your arrival date can not be refunded. Any reservations during the period of Semana Santa, Christmas and New Years can not be refunded.
