Casa Oro policy is based on “First Come, First Served.” Only reservations exceeding $36.00 USD will be considered and a 5% reservation fee is added.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
- Reservations must be paid in full in advance at least 1 week before your arrival date or activity date.

- You can make your payment through PayPal (www.paypal.com) if you have a Paypal account; if you do not then we are authorized by Paypal to charge your credit card. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.

- Your reservation is SECURED only when FULL PAYMENT has been received.

- REFUND POLICY :
We provide a 75% refund for cancellations received more than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations for any reason whatsoever within 2 weeks of your arrival date can not be refunded. Any reservations during the period of Semana Santa, Christmas and New Years can not be refunded.
