La Flor Wildlife Reserve is one of the seven nesting sites in the world for the endangered Olive Ridley large sea turtle.
Witness this incredible ancient creature nesting or hatching on the shore of this beautiful wildlife reserve, located 22 km south of San Juan del Sur.
Casa Oro is deeply involved with the preservation efforts and research of the Olive Ridley sea turtles.
